WORST: Terribly RUSTED bath tub and shower fixtures which was not pictured and not mentioned in description. We take care of things so nothing was broken but I can imagine this being a hazard for others. These blinds are not made for commercial use and problematic since the blinds are set too low slightly drag on the floor door mat below it. There's a notice posted next to the patio door that if the vertical blinds break, you will be charged. Bathroom was very narrow, door way about 26" wide. Dishes had dried on residue and needed washing before use. Very outdated and unsafe to have electrical stoves attached to bar size sink.
Laundry facility was convenient.ĬONS: Kitchenette disappointingly small. There is a outdoor shower rinse and water hose to clean out sandy wet shoes. BBQ grills were fairly new but we didn't use it. Beach equipments provided was the best part - Tommy Bahama umbrellas, folding chairs, buckets and shelling nets, and a wagon to pull it all in. PROS: Bedroom and dining are is exactly like pictured.
The Coquina Cottage as of April 2019 is really a 1.5 star room.
